# Refund & Customer Assistance Policy

At When N Where Auto, all vehicle sales are final. Due to the nature of used vehicle sales, we do not offer refunds, returns, or vehicle buy-backs after purchase.

However, we stand behind our customers and believe in being fair and helpful if an issue arises shortly after purchase. If a mechanical concern comes up within a reasonable period of time, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can discuss the situation and determine if there is a reasonable way we may be able to help.

Because every vehicle and situation is different, any assistance offered is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed as a warranty or promise of repair coverage.

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

* Inspect the vehicle thoroughly
* Test drive the vehicle
* Ask questions before purchase
* Obtain an independent inspection if desired
