Some vehicles offered for sale by When N Where Auto may carry a rebuilt, reconstructed, prior salvage, or similar branded title as defined by state law.

A rebuilt title generally means the vehicle was previously involved in an accident, insurance claim, theft recovery, or other event in which an insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss based on repair costs relative to the vehicle’s value at the time. These vehicles have since been repaired, inspected, and approved for road use according to applicable state requirements before being offered for sale.

When N Where Auto believes rebuilt-title vehicles can provide exceptional value by allowing customers to purchase newer, higher-quality vehicles at significantly reduced prices compared to similar clean-title vehicles.

Buyers acknowledge and understand that:

* Rebuilt-title vehicles may have a lower market value than comparable clean-title vehicles
* Financing, warranty coverage, or insurance options may vary by provider
* Prior damage history may appear on vehicle history reports including Carfax or AutoCheck
* Cosmetic or prior repair evidence may exist even after repairs are completed
* Vehicle history reports may not contain complete or fully accurate information

All vehicles are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers are strongly encouraged to:

* Review all vehicle history information carefully
* Conduct their own inspection
* Obtain an independent mechanic inspection prior to purchase
* Verify financing and insurance eligibility before completing a purchase

By purchasing a rebuilt-title vehicle from When N Where Auto, the buyer acknowledges they have been informed of the vehicle’s title status and have had the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the vehicle prior to purchase.
